8:30 to 9 a.m.                          Registration in Karambelas Media and Communication Center

9-9:20 a.m.                              Welcome and spitting into groups

9:25 to 10:00 a.m.                  Session A (students will be asked to choose which panel they would like to attend)

10:10 to 10:45 a.m.                Keynote speakers Aimee Dilger and Kelly Dessoye, Emmy-award winning journalists and founders of Focus Journalism.

10:45 to 11:15 a.m.                Journalism awards

11:25 a.m. to noon                 Session B (students will be asked to choose which panel they would like to attend)

12:15 to 1:40 p.m.                  Split sessions. Conference attendees will be split in half with half going to lunch and half participating in a hands-on panel. Groups will switch after 40 minutes.

1:45 p.m.                                  Departure from the Karambelas Media and Communication Center.
